Bring your newborn unclothed if possible, wrapped in blankets in the carseat. Do not try to wake your sleeping newborn when you arrive. Newborns should be photographed with little or no clothing. Naked is truly best for newborns. Your newborn session can include parents. In fact, Andrea prefers to photograph newborns alone and also to capture that wonderful bond between parents and their new baby. Mom and Dad should bring black long sleeved shirts and dark pants (jeans are fine) and a spare change of clothes in case of accidents. Please bring extra diapers, wipes, and baby blankets to your newborn session. Feel free to bring a treasured keepsake or family heirloom that you wish to have photographed with your newborn. Andrea loves to include these treasured items in your portraits.
